Terry Derraugh has over forty years experience in the Retail/Wholesale sector. Upon retiring he completed more than thirty of those years as a successful executive. Terry’s knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, merchandising, marketing, and store operations were developed fully as his responsibilities grew.
Terry’s experience was in a large franchise organization which became a co-operative then later on moved to a corporation. Throughout these transitions, he worked directly with the company’s retail outlets from Coast to Coast in support of their retail needs.
Terry oversaw the vendor and product selection as well as the pricing strategy to support the corporate and retail plans. He developed the marketing plans for each of the banners under the company’s umbrella. He was responsible for inventory investment and the transportation model used to supply predictable delivery to the company’s retail outlets.
Terry’s overall goal was to make the retailers successful by supplying them with the best product services at the best price: supplemented by outstanding retail support.
