a. What are your service standards (1st impressions, exceeding expectations, etc.)?
b. How will you achieve these service standards (roles, tasks, etc.)?
c. How will you eliminate the risk of failing to meet you service standards (tools, training, etc.)?

Participants will pitch their new promises, features and benefits and world class service strategies with fellow participants comprised of entrepreneurs and sales executives.
